Terms & Conditions

1- Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles(s).

2- Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s).

3- Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.

4- In case of misconduct by your party, chauffer has the right to terminate this agreement without any refund.  Any broken glasses there will be a charged of $5.00 dollars.

5- Client is responsible for damages for this vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally. ( vomiting fee for clean up $250.00 ) 

6- Under no circumstances should client or guest open or stand out of sunroof, for they are for emergency use only. Failure to comply will result in liability of damages that may incur.

7- Complaints given twelve hours after the service are not valid.             

8- Once the reservation is made by the client, there will be a charge of $25.00 for any single change to routing requested.

9- By giving my credit card I authorize K&V Limousine Services, LLC to charge me  for any applicable fees for contracted service.

10- All overtime is charged by the hour not prorated per minute. Overtime rates are non-negotiable and will be charged to the customer according to the GPS Tracking report for each limousine. Chauffeurs' do not have the ability to waive overtime for any reason. 

11-Upon completion of the reservation their will be a $200 non-refundable fee for all cancellations.

12-Seven day notice for cancellation is required. Failure to do so will result in charge of full amount due. 

13- We are not responsible for any items left in our limousines.

14-Client understands that there could be unforeseen traffic and severe weather conditions which can delay travel time and/or cause a malfunction to the vehicle.  In any events that are beyond our reasonable control, we will do our best effort to provide a comparable replacement vehicle, if customer refuses a replacement vehicle then no refund will be made. If customer decides to continue with the service regardless of any issue that the limo might have at the moment of service, then no refund will be honored.  In the case that we are unable to provide an alternate comparable vehicle, then customer will be charged only for the time that the vehicle was used.
